Responsibilities
- Advising and supporting managers and employees on all personnel issues in a defined area of responsibility
- Supporting personnel development and organizational development processes
- Independent management of the entire employee life cycle from recruitment to departure
- Taking on strategic HR projects and interesting special topics, also internationally
- Implementing the HR strategy in the areas to be supported
- Supervision of assignment processes and first point of contact for the international employees on site
Job Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience as HR Business Partner in a manufacturing company
- Proven international experience or international background
- Strong communication skills, confident demeanor and flexibility
- Good written and spoken English and Chinese, knowledge of German is an advantage
- Successfully completed studies in business administration with a focus on human resources or comparable qualification
