Your tasks
- Installing and maintaining IT end devices, software, and systems
- Planning and implementing user-specific solutions by providing existing user programs and modifying hardware and software
- Analyzing and resolving user problems as well as system and program errors
- Supporting the IT help desk team by solving problems quickly and efficiently
- Advising on the selection and procurement of IT end devices and standard programs/systems
- Implementing security regulations and setting up access authorizations
Your qualifications
- Experience with various database structures and merging different data sources
- Interface and backend adaptation
- Frontend creation and integration
- Security protocols in data transfer
- Experienced with Docker
- Gitlab maintenance
- Fluent business English skills in writing and speaking
