Your tasks
- Install, configure, and maintain IT devices, software, and systems
- Administer and update local IT backend infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and reliability
- Advise on the selection and procurement of IT hardware, software, and systems
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge database for IT processes and solutions
- Implement security protocols, including access permissions and data protection measures
- Provide IT helpdesk support, addressing technical issues promptly and efficiently
- Contribute to IT standardization and harmonization initiatives
Your qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of working experience as IT specialist in international manufacturing companies
- Proficiency in networking, operating systems and office as well as shop floor applications
- Strong knowledge of client hardware (e.g., laptops, desktops, printers)
- Expertise in backend infrastructure administration and IT troubleshooting
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently in a global team
- Fluent (oral and written) in English, German is an advantage
